I ordered bathing suits from SHEIN. Now, I haven’t ordered from them in 3 years. I’ve checked all of my bank statements and it shows I’ve never spent a dime on them in years. I went to use there website to buy bathing suits as I usually get. I ordered the bathing suits on march 14,25. They then sent out they would be delivering it through speedx, I’ve never heard of this deliver service before. I then got a tracking number approx march 20,25. I watched them ‘ attempted’ to come ti my location on. March 20,25. I went to my apartment management office and asked if there were any issues from any postal services and they said no. They had been there at the time frame at which this ‘ attempt’ was made. They then went the items back to New York and said they would re deliver the package. I’m in Maryland. If you say you have a facility in Maryland why on earth are you sending it back to New York? I then check again on today’s date march 28,25 and they said they attempted again. There’s no way that they could have came to my location and are sending it back to New York. This is insane company and they have to be lying. I’ve asked my apartments managers to run the cameras because I am a police officer and they said they didn’t see anyone dropping off packages in the time frame that SPEEDX said that they did. Both SHEIN and speedx need to be held accountable. This company is a scam. I have attempted to email and call and I have gotten a hold of no one other than a voice message system that threats to go to their website. Their website is the most basic set up and does not have a customer service line. I have been scammed and my items are stolen.
