I received an email supposedly from Lowe's, which offered me a Kobalt tool set as reward for completing a survey. The survey appeared relevant. Next, it stated I had only to pay $9.49 shipping for the tool set. I submitted my name, address, and debit card info.

After I comleted the purchase, i was directed to a screen with "FITGNX" logo and small print informing me i had just signed up for a "monthly plan". On attempt to navigate to a "fitgnx" website, I found no such website exists, however lots of similar scam stories do. I immediately called my online banking company's fraud department was told the charge went to a "Revolutionary Home Medical", but again, I can find no such company.
