Scammer sent a paper bill through US mail. Bill charged me for 5 Canon toners at 349.00 each, total bill was $1,884.60 including sales tax. We are a small business and receive our toner through our main office connection. Never an independent source. Very easy to ask if anyone ordered these products as it would be one of three people. No one ordered them.

They also sent an unrequested W-9 with what I'm assuming is a false EIN number.

I received the attached invoice several days after I had ordered a black toner through Xerox for our copier machine. I thought something looked amiss because I only ordered one toner and the incredible $ amount of the invoice made me pause. I started trying to contact the invoicer at the phone # provided on the invoice 818-855-6190 but the lady that answered didn't speak english, so I had a coworker speak to her and said she didn't know anything about this invoice or what it was for. I believe this individual is just trying to scam us out of money! If you need to contact me you can call me (Stacey) at 432-368-3510. Thank you

Received invoice for copier toner. Company toner is through a specific company, so we immediately knew this was fraudulent. Scammer provided two addresses. One is a mail store with "mailboxes", and the second is a PO box. Company name and email address didn't match..

We received the (See file) mailed invoice for toner fees for a Printer Type we do not own and addressed to a person named Lindsey who used to work her, but never in our Accounting department. The date was for October 2022 on the W9 form

When I googled the EIN and named of the business, nothing matched.

I handle all accounts payable, this is not a company we work with, nor do I purchase Ink or Paper from a reseller. We have a contract with a company that manages our leased equipment. We do not own a Kyocera which is what this invoiced ink states its for. Finally, Its fishy when you see a "Gmail" account listed for their email address and the phone number didn't work, and theres no website.
