OpenTelemed turned out to be a scam. After completing their steps and paying the required fees, there was no follow-up, no patients, and no real communication. They only take your information and disappear. I strongly advise others to stay away.

**Opentelemed is a scam.** They initially posted a job on LinkedIn for a remote RN position, which seemed legitimate. However, after applying, I received an email offering an opportunity to either join an existing practice or start my own. It quickly became clear that the only real option was to "start your own clinic" through them. Unfortunately, after paying the required $599 fee, their communication became vague and elusive. They have repeatedly misrepresented their offerings, and upon further investigation, I discovered substantial evidence proving that they operate as scammers.

This was a job listing found on Indeed. At first, it was advertised as a “work from home” opportunity. After applying, they requested $599 to establish website . They also mentioned they would provide a list of United Healthcare patients, allowing me to begin seeing those patients virtually with an estimated monthly income exceeding 30 thousand. Since the payment of the aforementioned $599, they have become quite elusive. We have managed to gather some individuals who fell victim to this. We have come to understand that the job posting was fraudulent and they have not delivered on what they advertised on Indeed. This was meant to be a 1099 position. Regrettably, they possess all of our personal information, including our Social Security Numbers.
