I wanted to order Oofos sandals for my husband who had an upcoming birthday and i found a website that looked legit oofosmall.com. i placed my order, for 45.90 for a pair of oofos sandals. They immediately sent me a text letting me know they were behind in orders. Two weeks later i received a message that a package label had been made for it at USPS point in Texas. Almost a week later i got a message that my package was finally on it's way. When I was notified that the package had been delivered I looked all over for it and only found a small package with oversized costume jewelry rings. I checked the tracking number and it matched my sandals' tracking number. I immediately went to the website to try and fix it but I have not been able to send a message through the website's comment boxes after multiple tries these past few weeks. I did reply to an email i had received and they said i could keep the costume jewelry and have a three dollar coupon towards future purchases. I informed them that this product I received was not a product I wanted, or equal in value to what i had purchased. So they said i could have a five dollar coupon and then eventually an eight dollar coupon. I just want my money back or the shoes, but I have no way I know of to do that. I also don't want other people to get scammed like this.
