I ordered an item from a catalog. The Seller used On Trac® delivery.

On Trac® claims attempted delivery failed as they had no access code.

There IS NO ACCESS CODE.

I sat at the door 9am until 1 pm.

No delivery attempt or contact attempt was made.

Seller has issued a full refund

I placed an order on Nike and lerned that they were using Ontrac. I told them about their reputation and said I'd wait and see but the package was probably never going to arrive (It was supposed to be here on Feb 18, 2026) It's been 'delayed' every since that date despite having been in new jersery. I'm in New York. No updates, no movement.

They have a reputation for doing things like this often and I'm not sure how they get away with so many counts of package theft. It is a scam of courier service.
