I ordered my birth certificate on Nov 13th for $47.00. I thought I was ordering it from the online version of vital statistics. I paid with a prepaid card and the money was taken immediately. I can't get a job or anything until I get my ID replaced and I need my birth certificate to do so. They said it would be 14 to 17 weeks so I waited. It's been over 17 weeks. I want my money back. I borrowed the money to get it.

They advertise to get a birth certificate out to you for $47 in so many days take Money out of your credit card and don’t send the document to you, so they are a fraud they need to be put out of business and need to be known for thieves!

Alleges that they will assist you to obtain vital statistic documents. You fill out an online form (do it yourself) and can download it for $39. Or you can have them mail it for you with return postage paid envelope for $69. Turns out that they simply mail you the application you just filled out on line with the return envelope and then you have to add another $32.00 made out to the State Health Department in MA and add copies of your IDs. So they simply send you your own application with envelopes worth about $2.00 plus a list of instructions. They do nothing.

I searched on my own and discovered that I can get the death certificate I was looking for directly on line to the city in which the person died for $10.00 plus $1.00 postage and handling. No requirements for copies of IDs.
