Once purchase is made, a tracking number and updates are provided; however, nothing is delivered. Email stating delivery was made, and it all seems legit. CashApp denied claim stating goods were delivered.

This company Faykace pretended to sell large fake plants for indoor décor. I even paid for the shipping insurance. I have contacted the email provided ([email protected]) for customer service over 5 times with no response. My credit card company has informed me that small charges such as $1 or $2 dollars have been applied that I did not authorize. This scam not only cost me $72 dollars for the purchase, but if those small charges had not been caught, I would have been paying unaware long term.
