I purchased tickets for travel, and after 2 days the company contacted me to confirm my booking. They advised me that I was not even allowed to take any carry on bag that weighs more than 5 lbs! I was not properly advised of this very important fact. They told me I would have to upgrade my reservation to allow for carry on! And that if I didn’t, I would be charged anyway as the ticket was non refundable. No one travels with at least a carryon bag! This company is a total scam! Please alert others to not use this company!

I contacted Travoport online to compare flight prices, and they offered the best price. Although the email stated the booking was successful, they contacted me on the phone to tell me there was an issue. Then they proceed to tell me I could not take any luggage without upgrading which basically doubled the price of the tickets. Later a different representative said that even the dates would not be guaranteed without upgrading. So they do everything to try to force you to give them more money. I called the airline and my credit card company and they had no record of booking or charges although Travoport sent an email to me stating the booking was successful. They were smug and condescending. Do not buy tickets from them.

I purchased a 3 day flight so I thought, and they emailed me to tell me i needed to pay more for a carry on.. 96 both ways.. arrive at the airport 3 hours early to stand in a cubicle and wait.. and i may not get on the flight i booked if a seat wasnt available... but for 400 more they could guarantee me a seat... but no carry on, on American airlines is wild and no such rule.. and restricted economy is unheard of and not even a thing
