I received pop up advertisement on my iPhone on 09/14/22 from now what I perceive as a company (fraudulently) posing with an association to Amazon saying I was winner of iPad Mac Pro, all needed was to pay $5.87 shipping and handling fee (which Online Tech Pros will now refer to as Entry Fee); also asked for my name address email and payment method information. I never received the iPad Mac Pro and disputed the charge of $5.87 week after week, month after month. One excuse after another from Online Tech Pros that my refund would be, is being processed each time I inquired giving me a timeline plus steps to take (including removing block from server) to ensure refund can be processed but to no avail. I have made contact with Online Tech Pros from 12/2022 til now. They have promised refund over and over even offering “paper check” within last month now to be told today I can unsubscribe as timeline to receive refund is closed. My inquiry/disputes to receive a refund was done well before any restrictions could take place. Online Tech Pros allegedly has fraudulent/deceptive practices that could take thousands of customers for a minimal amount ($5.87) etc..only to make millions. Please investigate and flag Company so that others don’t get taken for ANY amount when an offer is made but no product received! It’s about principle not the money!
