Ordered shirts from a firm on Facebook. Received the shirts which are completely wrong. The firm will not refund my money or the defective merchandise. They wanted more money to send correct merchandise, supposedly. They then offered 10% cash back. Then 20%, then 30% as their final offer, as outlined on the attached. They offered to have me pay to return the merchandise to China. The three shirts have the labels removed, except for a tag with an extra button that has Chinese writing on it. The exchange is documented in the attachment
