Item arrived at My US on november, 22, 2024. I have sent 12 emails following up on the whereabouts of the item. Every third or forth email I’ll hear back - that they are looking into this and will get back to me. They never do. If my item is lost I’d like to know the process and next steps for reimbursement.

The scammer said that they owned a resale company in Belize. They said that I needed to contact "their shipper to request and pay for shipping of the order". The shipper had an email of [email protected]. The shipper would then request a large amount for the cost of the shipment and the "customer" in Belize would say to add it to the cost of the order and then they would pay the total with a credit card. Scammers setup a piano delivery service. Added a false flag operative of owner who stated she was giving the piano away to someone who plays.

Scammer gave a reference number for a moving company and proceeded to direct me to an "agent" who had me Venmo them the amount of $590.00

They took the money, now I have created a case with Venmo to resolve it.

I was going to sell the piano because I need the money. Now I'm out 600 and in bad shape financially.
