It took me some time to find some mistakes in their language, because the words they mention over their was not correctly. So when I send them a mail in order to fix it, they suddenly asked me for additional of $100 for their time, which was no mention at the beginning at all. I refuse to pay them the 100$, and since then they started destroying my website. As per now after I spoke with the representative, his name is Syad (he told me he’s just the Employee and after 20 minutes of discussion suddenly became the owner). He didn’t let me talk and just forced me to pay additional amount. He told me that after this $100 they may need to charge me again. For every single thing they gonna do on their website, they gonna charge me., because they said they gave me completely product. Which is absolutely wrong they had a lot of mistakes in there.
As their client, I asked them to fix their own mistakes, and they blaming me for fixing some stuff in their website so I need to pay more. I asked the guy to give me a breakdown of what they gonna be charged for this $100. He told me it’s like to go to my mechanic.. long story short, they have no answers and you guys can call them by yourself to check it. They will tell whatever they want.
When I ask them to get some more information about the company and where they’re located, they refuse giving me. After some huge research I found out there are from Pakistan and they faked all of their address addresses. Their existing on Instagram, Facebook and Google via sponsored ads. This is completely scam, that always will ask for more money doesn’t matter what you need.
