There was an ad on Facebook Marketplace for a special sale on Stanley mugs (which are quite pricey) for $5.99 plus shipping ($9.99 standard, more for express). The website was sponsored on Marketplace, so I clicked. The website looked like the Stanley website, except the contact information and URL were very strange. I’ve attached a photo of the “contact us” page which shows the “company” information as well as the URL on the bottom. I did not go through with the purchase, but wanted to report the site as was recommended when I searched Google for “Stanley outlet mug scam.”

This is a company I have used in 2018 and 2019. I loved their products and ordered again in 2023. After abput two weeks of waiting for my product to arrive or at least ship I requested information about why I had not received my item or even shipping information about my item. They didn’t even get my name right in the response email and only said it would be shipped “ASAP”. After that I started looking online and found COUNTLESS claims of this happening to other people. Some waiting months!

I had to submit a dispute with my bank. Almost two months later I still have not received any response or package from them.

Wife went to order shoes advertised on the internet. Put in the credit card info and shipping address. We never heard anything back - no confirmation order, no nothing. Tried going to the web page and google searching but came up empty handed. Our credit card company is still investigating but gave us a temporary credit for now.

I saw "bbb.org/scamtracker" and wanted to use this in hopes of fighting scam artists and preventing other folks getting scammed.

My daughter who is 16 ordered Islamic clothing (two dresses and two head wraps). The person that sold the product through Instagram delivered the product through. What my daughter seen advertised vs what she received were two different things. The styles did not come completed, and was totally unacceptable. The sleeves my daughter could not put her arms in and the material snagged when trying on. The products advertised vs received will be uploaded. The ruffles were half done around the dresses. The head wraps were not full of material and complete. The material of the purple looked as if it was stained. I believe the woman solicited the designs and mocked them from another page or person who may of honestly designed the product. When my daughter reached out to the young lady, she responded by saying she does not do refunds. She also mentioned she was on her way to college and her mother was dropping her off. She told my daughter that she already spent half of the money received. I called her myself and text her and the young lady responded that she is being disrespected and will have her mother contact me. How can someone dishonest have the right to say they are disrespected when a young minor 16 with a medical condition works part time (speaking of my daughter). This is false advertisement and theft. I would like help to obtain my daughters money being returned in exchange for the product.

Ordered product after waiting a month was told it was delivered . Told them I’ve been home all day it was not . Told me to contact post office . Post office stated not a good tracking number . They refuse to help in any way . Realized I was scammed

My CC was charged $239.99 by someone. I checked website and its diet pills. They are buy3 at$39.99each and get 3 free.They false advertising, they charge for all 6. I have disputed this through CC. I have emailed them from the time my CC notified me of these charges. They say shipment is in mail.

I purchased a product for perfume at buy 2 get 1 free on July 3, 2023, for a total of $41.78. The advertisement was on a facebook and ticktoc app for this product. The link associated with this ad was "cleverwhalego.com" where your order is placed. The time frame to receive the order was 7-10 days. On or around July 13, 2023, I sent an email inquiring about my order since I have not seen any updates of the order being shipped. I sent the email to support.cleverwhalego.com. I received a response to wait one or two more days for the update. Ony July 26, 2023, I emailed the company again because I have not received the product. The company responded "Sorry for keeping you waiting. We will inform the shipping company to expedite the shipment of your parcel..." I emailed them again on July 28, 2023 and received the same message along with a tracking number and link to track the package. On July 31, 2023, I reached out again and was informed, "The freight forwarder confirms that your order is still in transit..." I still have not received a package at this point. On August 13, 2023, I reached out again, and I was informed that the package was delivered to Bellerose but absent of the exact address along with the tracking number. The tracking number indicates the package was delivered on August 3, 2023. No package was ever delivered. The mailbox is small and with an order of 3 bottles of perfume, it would be highly unlikely that the size of this package would fit in the mailbox. There was no package in the mailbox or around the perimeter or the house. Moreover, I checked the background of this company and discovered that the website is deceiving customers out of their money by never sending the products ordered. The website is operated by Landbase Trading Co, Ltd and has been used by many scam websites already. I should have checked reviews before purchasing and although $41.78 is not a lot of money, it is still a fraudulent practice and companies like this need to be stopped!

They sold shoe case boxes, for $100. Charged me and then never came through with the item, the website disappeared and they stole my money

Contacted website on August 9th, 2023 and placed order totaling $199.60 Oder Number **** for two Boamaster reptile cages.

On Thursday I tried to email them, both through my Yahoo email and then my Hotmail email. No reply. I then used their email address with no reply. Both of my emails were returned "Undeliverable".

A few days later I noticed a charge to "*******" in Texas for computer/software product totaling $90.00 which I never made so I had contacted my Wells Fargo bank and made the report. I have since been turning my debit card on when needed then off after whatever purchase Ive made.

7/10/2023 I ordered a tool kit; received order acknowledgement email with shipping date 10-15 days. Within minutes of authorizing the credit card charge I emailed the "about us" email address from the website to cancel the order. I have received no product nor response to my email. Order acknowledgement email attached.

Website claiming to be Dicks sporting goods popped up on Facebook feed. Super Sale on Hoka sneakers. I purchased and then realized it seemed to good to be true. Turns out it’s a scam. Called my bank to stop payment but couldn’t. Had to get new debit card.

I requested a return due to wrong size and color sent. I included a picture of what was received and attached my order information. They said the item wasn’t incorrect. I first emailed them 8/3 and still till today they had not processed my request. Their website posts a return and refund policy that they are not abiding by.

Scammer advertised 6 prs of Sketchers shoes for $29.99 plus shipping. Then sent a .25 pair of sunglasses instead so they had a tracking number saying delivered to my address. They refused to send a prepaid label so that I could return the glasses. And they refused to send the shoes that I ordered.

The company itself says contact in albany ny. The tracking kept saying it was in ireland. It came from ssome other state in the usa. Who knows really where they are from.

Facebook advertisement for company called Lilaclivia/Jitney jungle advertised 80 inch tall solar lighted wind spinner. I received maybe 30 inch tall no solar lights no solar panel and found the same exact item on temu for 11.99. The poles would not go together properly. I contacted them, which ended up being an automatic bot. They wanted pictures. I sent. They responded were sorry we dont see the issue have a good day. THE ISSUE WAS THEY ADVERTIZED A PRODUCT THEY DIDNT SEND.

Ordered red utility wagon on clearance at Bed, Bath, Beyond aka ranefu.com.

Received order# ******* and tracking number ********** 3/5 day delivery.

Checked tracker daily, then 8/11, I noticed it said delivered at 10.00.

Nothing arrived all day.

Sent several email since, with no reply, to [email protected].

My ring doorbell showed no one left a package or came to my door at that time, nor later.

I just want my item delivered.

The ad was targeted through Facebook. I thought it was a sponsored ad for The Christmas Tree Shoppe. It took me to a website that looked very similar to The Christmas Tree Shoppe, but wasn't. I realized this after I already purchased the items. Facebook shouldn't allow scammers to advertise on their platform.
