Their ad states Buy 1 get 1 Free Bras they don't mention where it will be coming from, there's no phone number for customer service only this email [ [email protected]] they don't get back to right away and if the do they direct you to a non- exciting page where supposedly you have so many choices to complain about but nothing gets resolved and then they had the audacity to tell me , how I should gift the bras to someone else because they are of good quality. I wanted a return label to send the (2) Bras back and 25 emails back and forth talking to myself. They over charged my card and no way to send it back before my 30days is up in order to get my money back. I ordered on the 9/13/23. I received on 9/27/23. I tired to report to the ScamPulse.com but it could not go through. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE!! IT'S A SCAM!!

I sent away for a free face product promoted by Angelina jolie. I was billed by a company called WAYTOKETO. They created an unauthorized account in my name taking $128.98 from my checking account. I did not ask for an account to be opened in my name. I called them and told them about this and they would not give me any information as to their email address and they told me that I would not be getting my money back. They claim they canceled my account, but I have no proof that they did because they will not supply me with any information.

Here is the only thing they provided me with which is a number for my account I suppose it is: *******. Evidently I was speaking with a telemarketer as I can hear a room full of people in the background making phone calls. As stated I was refused any further information, and I told me that they already put through the amount. I contacted my bank and have to wait two day to see if the amount cleared or not. Then go through the hassle of changing my card, causing me numerous problems as I have to change my information now on everything I use my card with. These people are scammers. They offered a free trial product which I received and they said pay for shipping only.

This company is not a beauty company, it's a keto company and they operate through facebook. There is no website address for them, and when I called, they refused to give me one. SCAM.

They had the audacity to tell me I didn't read the ad properly.

Please look into this. They have basically ruined Angelina Jolie's product now, as I will never purchase it after this experience. Why on Earth would she go through a keto company for a face product? This is very upsetting please take care of this problem thank you. I cannot provide you with any photos of anything because that would be personally identifiable info.

I spent MONTHS of emailing back and forth about my order with,

-Customer Service Center DENG ECOMMERCE

-38 rue des Mathurins 75008 Paris, France”.

My item was delivered per their tracking information, but to a different state. It said it was ready for me to pick up. I contacted them asking for them to help me correct this issue and what steps I needed to take, etc. She promptly replied and said that she would initiate a missing mail request, as well as alert the warehouse to rush my “new” shipment. I asked for a tracking number about 10 separate emails and was told to keep patiently waiting. I knew I wasn’t going to get anything in the mail or my money back after I kindly asked for a refund and who to contact for one. My requests for a refund were ignored and dismissed 6 separate occasions. In my first email, I provided “Mila” with my order information, the direct link I ordered from, and screenshots of my shipping address/confirmation/tracking number/total etc. to provide any information that is usually requested from me, when inquiring about an online purchase. I went back and clicked the link to my order page, only to see that I’ve now been blocked from accessing the site due to it not being secure and that my personal and credit card information are at risk if I continue. No cup, no money, a lot of time wasted…. but, lesson learned. Do not order from www.Stanleyfr.com or https://hugobossus.com/collections/hot-sale

They use photos of clothing products in a legitimate looking online shop, but the products they send are extremely poor-quality copies that are not what is shown in the photos. Despite saying they have a 100% guarantee return policy, when you reach out to them via email regarding a return, they give a runaround and do not honor a return.

Saw an ad on TikTok. Placed an order, not realizing it was not through TikTok shop. Order tracking shows it delivered in another state. Have since learned that nobody on TikTok that ordered has ever received their package.

Bandoo charged me for 4 extra boxes after I ordered and paid for just one box. I steamed their foot detox pads over a kettle and it turned black. Anyone can do this to replicate. They refunded me after I said I would expose them. Don’t know what to do with the extra 40 pads I have now other than thrash them.

After reading the reviews about a body sculpting machine, I decided to order it from Averna Body Sculpting. I made the purchase on 9/18/23 and the money immediately came out of my account. 3 weeks later, I still do not have the merchandise. I've written to the company repeatedly and have received a tracking number, but the tracking number has not moved, and the information stays the same, no updates except to indicate that it is at the airport destination.

I order something, i received an email right away to confirm payment was made. In the website when buying, it gave an option to have a faster delivery for more money or regular delivery, which would have been a week. When I didn't receive my item, i went to the website and it only gave me a email address and no phone number. A few days later, I received a "Mail Daemon." As to say that doesn't exist. Yet the site is still up and most likely doing the same thing to me to others.

I saw an advertisement on Facebook for some shoes and I clicked to purchase them on September 10, 2023. I should have know it was too good to be true but had hoped it was a legitimate purchase. Needless to say the product arrived on September 21, 2023 and it is not what was advertised nor do they fit. When I immediately contacted the seller on September 26, 2023 to let them know I was unhappy with the quality of the product. I was told that they cannot issue me a refund even though their website states this:

What Is Your Return Policy?

If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order etc.), please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case and if it is approved we will be sending a replacement. Please do not return anything before we review the case, our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions. We reserves the right to deny any return request.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

It was a Nightmare Before Christmas carousel. You could buy 1 get one for the same price but I only ordered one. It was ordered on September 5th, 2023 but never received or got a tracking number.

The order was for 2 wooden rocking chairs @ 19.96 ea. I placed the order it was charged to my cc. I never received my order. I contacted Bed and was told it was lost in shipping. I was told the order will be shipped again and I should have my order by the end of August, never received it. I canceled the order and received an email telling me that could only refund 50% of my order because they had to pay someone to fill my order. I have copies of my order if you need them.

I found this add on FaceBook. The site said it was the UK but in reality, it was China. I never received the wreaths I ordered. When inquired about it they told me my package must have gotten lost in the mail because my Post office would not find the tracking # (shipped by Track718). I received an email telling me it would be sent out and I would have it in 25 days. Never received my order. Asked for a refund and was told they could only send me 50% of my money because it cost too much to ship. SICK OF CHINA AND THE **!!!!!

This person is selling massages off of groupon. In order to claim your voucher you need to call to schedule an appointment. The phone numbers provided no one ever answers and this "SPA" is an apartment building.

Ordered through Facebook page, paid for with credit card, email was then sent from DSW [email protected] via mailshopline.com.

Emailed [email protected] about getting a tracking number, and said it was delivered and signed for but I did not receive it nor signed for it and nothing showed on my ring camera at the time they said they delivered it. I am going to call credit card company and report a fraudulent charge. I ordered this on Aug 31 and it is not Sep 26.

Tried to buy a pallet for 1000 of shoes. They said it would cost 119 for shipping. Took a day or two for to say they got the monies. Then I was told by shipping that I needed to pay another 499 or my pallet would nt ship. I asked for my monies back multiple times and was told to just pay the fee. Days later they tell me they will cancel the shipment and the pallet would be back at their warehouse but will nt refund me nothing.
