On July 18, 2023 I placed two orders at Arbsbi.com for el dollar vaslue of 145 which I charged to my Capital one mastercard. Everything was nice until I paid in full on August 9. the total of the chatged to capital one mastercard. after tose crooks were secured that my payment was made, the ceased to exist as a website vendor. That is why I make responsible to Capital One Mastercard for they know the way those scammers make their fraudulent business. I am an American Citizen who was stolen of about 205 dollars by those crookked people at those website with the complicity of such credit cards companies that know those thieves national and international because they open account at those gansters. I have not received any product or merchandise ordered. the orders are number 00008500 and 00008537.It is quite possible that the credit card company has the telepone number of tose crooks.it is quite possible tat I close my mastercard account at Capital One. My credit rate is right now 801 points

I ordered a stainless steel tumbler off the website. When I received the tracking information, I kept watching to see when the item would be delivered. Once I noticed that the product was delivered to a completely different address and state, I knew something wasn’t right. I live in Pennsylvania and it was delivered to Florida. I kept emailing the only email on the site and the only response I got was that the tracking was correct and it was delivered. When I explained that I do not live in Florida (where it was delivered to), I was told to be patient and that it would arrive soon. Still have not received the product and lost my money too.

diamond in the rough deals LLC is an online auction via Facebook also has a website Company as well. Danny sells frozen goods without the proper equipment to store the foods, when the food is picked up its spoiled and at times outdated. He requested all types of donations for cancer patients, charities, etc and doesn't make good for the funds. he collects the money and uses it for himself and his girlfriend. he receives stolen goods to sell on his Facebook online and dummy's up a receipt for the goods. he scams many customers when he does his Facebook online auction, most of the items he sells he doesn't have enough stock and still collects the money from customers and.

I made a purchase online following a link through this company's Instagram page. I paid $33 for a pair of shoes on August 5th, 2023 that were supposed to be delivered in 7-15 business days. I made several attempts to contact the company since the shoes were never received, and it looked like the label they generated for the order was incorrect. I got a suspicious text message from an unknown Gmail account that told me to follow a link to a sohooffice.shop website because there was invalid information on file and my package could not be delivered. I figured it could be the summerlabelshop company finally trying to reach out to me. However, that website looked like a fake USPS website page and was attempting to make me pay to correct the allegedly incorrect information. I have sent four emails to this company, and a direct message on Instagram, none of which have been answered once.

Scammers claimed they have delivered the product and i asked them to confirm to which address they sent and date so i can check my doorway camera and they never answered my question instead keep sending me an email saying item was delivered

So this shop has now changed their name from Uieeab to https://www.roeead.shop/

Pay pal did refund my money. Is there any way for this shop to be shut down. Some more people do not lose funds. They are offering bed Bath and beyond close out for very good prices. And then end up sending a small rather flower in the mail instead of the shipping the items that were purchased..

Order pills online by paying online with credit card. Product not arrived. Send them several emails. No reply from them.

Tried calling them it is fax line.

We ordered two air conditioners, and a raised garden bed. We received one little leather, sew on tag…! I have reportedly asked for my money back through PayPal. I have not been able to get my money back at this point.

US Postal service stamps at discounted price. I selected stamps and proceeded with payment. Email confirmation went to my spam. Took a closer look at the email composition and realized I had just been "had" contacted my credit union immediately. they did not see a contact phone number. looked at the description on my account and knew I fell into a scam. Cancelled my card. Amount is pending; may fall off, may not. Called phone number 626-662*0002 no answer just rings

I ordered merchandise from this website in late May. I expected the order to take up to 9 weeks, as they do specify that length of time on their website and social media accounts. After waiting over 9 weeks, I inquired through email about my order. They did not respond to my numerous emails; however, they did respond once, though I was not satisfied with the reply. I received a notification that my order was going to ship on August 7th - there was tracking information available in this status update. Since August 7th, my purchase has been in pre-shipment. They still are not responding to my emails, nor has my item shipped. I am growing increasingly frustrated with their lack of communication. Their website states that it can take up to 72 hours to respond to support emails; however, they haven't responded at all.

Finally received said pants 3mos after purchase. Size and quality was not at all what was being advertised.

I’ve emailed 25 days straight asking for refund information.

All emails are canned with zero reply for resolution. There is no customer service phone number to call.

I ordered a case of gelato in Jan 2023 and never received the order. I requested a refund of the money I paid for product and shipping and my final communication with the owner he refused to issue a refund. I have a text message exchange which the owner indicated I will get me refund and he later indicated he will not be issuing the refund.

I purchased Office 2021 Professional plus life time product for $34.99. After installing the product, I was not able to activate with the product key provided. Used the internet and phone method to activate. But I wasn't able to . I tried to contact via phone, and chat from the website. Number is disconnected and not chat response. I was able o reach the support team by chat and used the link provided by them to activate. Did not work. I emailed them and now I get a response saying that it over 30 days of purchase.

Placed order. It never arrived. They could not provide USPS tracking info. Said the package was delivered. It was not. I have video proof and all mail goes to a secured room in the building. They provided no proof of delivery. Then proceeded to go back and forth with me via email and different names every time trying to not refund my money, Then they continued to barter the refund %. Then when i threatened litigation they accepted the full refund request. Then they didn't provide confirmation of refund action . Then they said it didn't go through and they'll do it again and it become all too obvious that they were prepared to keep doing this over and over again as long as it took until I gave up. So i reported them to my bank and now I am reporting them to BBB.
