Purchased a mug for my wife for our anniversary from Pawows.com after seeing there products from a advertisement on some social media platform advertisement. The products look enticing and good quality, they even claim on their website to involve buyer with production to ensure it matches the buyers description of what it's attempting image to replicate. The website reviews felt fake, and i even checked the websites validity, with no red flags. I proceeded to buy a mug my big big mistake which was extremely expensive. After weeks of no contact i emailed to ensure product was being made and if they needed further photos to match dog description for the realism of the mug. I got no real response other then quick your product will be sent asap. Which i received twice after asking a second time same question. Once product was received which was 8 weeks after initial purchase. Product was cheap junk that arrived broken andwas zero effort made with ZERO resemblance of images provided. I furious, emailed to get a refund and which i was left with excuses and various false promises of refund. Even my refund attempt through PayPal has gone silent. I have the entire email chain if needed. They even mention to me to cancel my PayPal refund process in order to actually get my refund in email. I'm extremely upset i fell into this fake scam and they need to remove their website so further people don't fall victim to their scam. I can only attach 1 photo. I have multiple photos and emails showing proof if needed.

I thought the site was legit but had second thoughts at the point of purchase when I was adding my credit card info. I filled everything out except the CVV. At that point, I erased all my credit card info and canceled my order. Upon researching online, there have been complaints about the legitimacy of this site. My credit info was never saved but on a prior window that I completed by hitting "enter". my name and address have been saved. I tried to access my profile to delete it but I did not have the option to. I could, however, change my name associated with the account and change my email and email password. I left a fake email address: (******************************) and name: (This is a phishing site, Reported to the BBB) to protect my identity because it would not allow me to leave these sections blank. Unfortunately, they now have my full name and address saved as default and I can't do anything to remove it.

Alco Fashion was the company that showed on my credit card. The company that I bought from is Bills Outlets. I returned the merchandise on 06-29-23. They sent items that didn’t belong together/match. The clothes were so big and long. I have e mailed many times and no reply. I should have read the reviews that they are big time SCAMMERS . This is my order# *********

I contacted them numerous times asking where my merchandise was and yesterday it said it was delivered and it wasn’t , I contacted them again asking for a refund

I saw the link on Facebook for bed bath and mini fridge for $49.99 including shipping. I purchased the item and they sent me tracking information. Since then I have received multiple emails asking me to complete payment. I know I already paid, so now I assume this must be a scam.

Placed an order on the website. Haven’t received the order, but my card was charged $107. No package, shipping tracking number. I have made repeated emails to get the order or a refund and have gotten nothing.

Scam site claims to be associated with a very popular video led manufacturer. I ordered a travel case for video lighting equipment from connector sales.com

Site offers very specific small market professional video, audio cases and accessories. I placed my order and noticed within a few hours I was not emailed a receipt. I contacted them and received an email receipt. The receipt was suspicious. I called my credit card company to report it and cancel my card. They managed to charge me for the case for 95$. The following day a charge for &2500.00 for a auto repair shop.

The website claims to sell used arcade equipment. I purchased a $7000 pinball machine and elected to wait for free shipping. A week later i was informed via email that my shipment was ready and sent an insurance invoice for additional $2600. I refused and demanded a refund. They disappeared.

I saw the link on Facebook for bed bath and beyond treadmill for $49.99 free shipping. I purchased the treadmill and they sent me tracking information. I have Attached the information below. They stated it was delivered 8/23/2023. I never received anything. I sent multiple emails and did not get a reply.

Scammer used the closing of Bed, Bath, and Beyond to sell baby items. It was advertised as excess items that needed to go, such as car seats and other baby toys and puzzles. They offered marked down discounts.

Received what I thought was an ad from Dicks Sporting Goods. Ordered but then noticed the e-mail was off and it wasn't actually Dick's Sporting Goods. Called my credit card to dispute. WIll have to cancel the card and get a new one as a result.

I ordered a Minecraft Alex and Steve birthday party cardboard cutout life size 4 ft for my grandsons bday and never received it. I have emailed them several times and there is no number to call. I’m out $45 but the worst part is that it is too late to order another one from somewhere else in time for the party. After doing some research I found out I am not the only one who has experienced this with this so called company. I hope someone else sees this in time to avoid going through the same.

Bought Toyota motor for $2000, paid on credit card, delivery 7 business days, contract sent email…6 days later another $2000 charge added

To credit card…. It has now been 10 business days, no motor…do not answer phone now, send directly to “messages”

I have been going back and forth with these people since May 11, 2023. I still have not received my refund. They said they delivered my package yet nothing was at my door nor my neighbors door. They supposedly resent the items and again I still did not receive them and neither did my neighbors. I have continuously asked for my money back and they give me an excuse every single time as to why it’s not in my account yet. I’m over it!

I ordered an office chair for $36.00 and it was never delivered twice from RSVPPartyUtah.com there is no customer service number it showed up as a pop up advertisement and they took my information and money and are now offering 60% of what i originally paid on something never delivered 2 months ago July 11th i have an order number and supposed tracking number if it is needed on your end.

The credit card I was using to pay for an item on this website (Norton approved website) was denied so I closed the website. A few minutes later I got a text and email saying that my card was now connected to Apple Pay. I did not authorize this and I have no Apple devices! Luckily, it was my credit card company notifying me of this action and recommended that I immediately close that account. This was a scam! I tried calling the number on this website but received a message that the number could not go through.

I saw a set of truck mats on the internet, I liked them right away. so I was able to use Pay pal to complete the transaction. I knew when I saw that small package that these mats came in could not be what I ordered. The ones I chose were demonstrated as solid material for a custom fit you would not be able to fold them up in a little package. First they said I picked the wrong ones but I paid for the deluxe set. Then they said just keep those mats and we will send you 50% refund. So I contacted Pay pal to get results but they came back with They will give me a full refund if I now would send the others mats back not to US location but to China. I ordered from them and supposedly it was shipped out on the August 1st. I still haven't received it. I have sent multiple messages to the email i was provided, but i have yet to get responses.
