I seen their ad on Instagram selling tennis bracelets necklaces for seven dollars and four dollars and so on. I mainly thought it was a good idea. The jewelry looked really nice so I went on the site and purchased the jewelry three tennis necklace. that cost seven dollars apiece that was done in September 3. It is now two months later and I don’t even have a tracking number. Nothing nothing I even sent them multiple emails and I have yet to receive a reply. This is absolutely a scam and I am out of $25. !!!!!

Inferior and wrong clothing items received, which are not what is pictured or described on the website. Then when follow the return policy, I got an email saying their logo is compromised and to contact another company. There is no way to actually return items and get a refund.

I signed up for a streaming service and was charged twice for the monthly fee upon initial setup. When trying to set up the service, it would not work so I contacted tech support who was unable to troubleshoot. After two hours of troubleshooting, I attempted to get a refund and that is when tech support ceased communication with me. I have made repeated attempts to try to cancel the service but there is no way to do so on their website and I can no longer reach anyone in customer service to get my refund as they are not answering the WhatsApp number.

I saw the ad for HOKA shoes on sale on Instagram. It looked legit and I should have known for the price. I received an email confirmation quickly. So, my card number was compromised and Name. Then they took the time to mail me a Thank you note to my home address from Shanghai, China with nothing on it. At least I hope not. The guy said by email I would be refunded when I asked where my shoes were or I would report him and he said they would be here today to please wait 1-2 days. Still no refund.

They were selling cannibus cartridge online. Legal now where I live. They had a legitimate website to place orders but no credit cards are taken. I had to Zelle money to a “Ruth” . They went silent after they received my money, no product received, and they are still up and running scamming others today.

It’s a website for custom stuffed animals, I send picture of our cat for my daughter and paid for the larger size. Item never arrived and no emails ever answered

Placed order on website. Very prompt chat response through website. Offered 30% discount if payment with Bitcoin. After successful payment, I received shipping and tracking info. A day later, item still not shipped due to me needing to pay $95 for insurance. Communicated all of this through text as well. Once I asked where the store was located, communication stopped from them.

Received a tracking number that said product was delivered, never was.

I was notified of a warehouse sale on my Instagram. I went to the link for the site and shopped I placed my order and was sent a confirmation. A day or two later I was sent tracking information from Track718. I kept checking the tracking but nothing has shown and it says it’s delivered. 4 days ago. I have reached out to the company but the are not helpful or proactive they just keep saying to wait or there are delays in tracking info. So now I just feel stupid.

My daughter found a dress online and sent me the website. I didn’t do my due diligence with checking the site. I did look up their return policy. Once I placed the order I received an email confirmation with a tracking link. About a week later I checked and it was coming from China , even though the website used Seattle as its location. We did receive a dress in the mail and it was not what the product even looked like with very poor material. I attempted to reach Custer service but the website was down. For the last few weeks I have tried going back to their website and nothing. A message pops up that their site is down or “this is embarrassing” message.

Communication via email, gave false tracking numbers and products never arrived. Would not issue a refund but instead told me they would send new merchandise which also never arrived. Also used a false United States postal service website to steal information.

Company was advertising discounted outdoors/camping products. Charge appeared on my credit card account as pollingpulse which does not come up on any search. Checked contact address and it does not exist on any map so checked phone number from text received and saw posts of fraudulent charges that followed initial order.

So upsetting trying to relieve my tattoo from this legit looking business but the service provider is a scammer what was told on the flyer and website 50% of your deposit is required so I paid then then he contacts me same day needing 20$ for coloring and shading sent that too then the very next day ask that I send in the rest of the service without me even going to the location how is that possible and when I asked him to return my money he looked at my message and blocked me

I ordered a wooden gym/ play set for toddler . I received e-mail immediately after saying over received and was being processed . Then another e- mail saying my item is on the way . After three weeks I e- mailed as to where it was and when I can expect it . They said it takes 7-21 days …… then sent me tracking info from a courier XHY - finally I rec’d a small pkg from an unidentified sender - pair of socks !!!

I saw this video on TikTok about a girl getting revenge on her boss. She said she checked that morning to see if the code was active and it was. There were only a few likes so I thought I was finally getting in on the ground floor of something before it became so popular her employer would notice. So I go to the site. Jewellery looks real and photos are all similar (I’m sure they stole them from someone). Rings were price above $100. So I add two to my cart and check out. I had a weird charge for higher ($26 instead of $25) and quickly did some more digging. I found it was a scam, went to my bank to get a new card and deactivate the other one. For reference, I ordered this in February and it is now easy October with no signs of getting it. I reached out in April and “Corey” said they were backed up with the influx of orders. I just emailed them today, Oct 5 2023 and the email address can’t be found.
