I ordered Keto gummies and did not realize it was a subscription. The product was completely ineffective. I did not return the first order but when the second shipment came I called and cancelled the subscription and got authorization to return the product. I had to pay return shipping. They did not give me the Suite # so the shipment was returned to me. I called them hoping they would cover the second return shipping but they would not. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but they said one was not available. Not only is the product a rip off but their customer service in poor.

I purchased what I believed to be keto gummies for the price of $37 but was sent a confirmation within the hour for a charge in the amount of $238. I reviewed what was available on their site regarding terms and conditions; and I unticked the box for future shipments of said product. After order confirmation, the company was contacted by me and asked to cancel the order which had not yet been posted on my credit card. The charge card company had already been contacted by me and confirmed there was no pending charge so this was very early in the game.

After numerous phone calls to their customer service, I was given the run around but essentially told I misunderstood what I was ordering as it included 5 bottles, not the 2 bottles (one extra free) that I had ordered.

This is clearly a company that manipulates the facts on their site and scams their customers.

At this a time, a dispute has been filed with my credit card company.
