I saw trophy room kickz instagram page and contacted them about their sneakers that was advertised. the person told me they've been selling sneakers in Michigan for 7 years so I purchased the sneakers thru cash app and was contacted the next day that the sneakers would be shipped out. two days later I tried to contact the person and I was blocked via phone and social media. the person never sent my item and took 340.00 from me

I ordered a pair of shoes on Instagram and then stopped and went directly to Northendshop (Italy) to be on a more secure site. I double checked to make sure just one pair. After I ordered, it showed up 2 pairs on the order. I immediately cancelled one pair, but they still sent me 2 pairs of the same shoe. I have tried for almost 3 weeks now to return the other pair of shoes, but I keep getting the same email back that they will get back to me after reviewing the item is in good condition that i'm returning. It's brand new and just wanting to ship back. I feel this is a scam and lost my money on 2 pairs of shoes for $109 total that are poor quality.

Ad was posted on Instagram about a promotion. The company claimed that for doing such good business and this specific cat tree they were giving out a certain number. All you had to do was pay $20. I then got an email saying that currenlty it is taking betwen 30-40 days on avergae for each promotional order to be shipped out. To allow 45 business days overall from the date of purchase for delivery.

I placed this order on 12/9/24 and still to this day I did not receive the order. I went online to check the site and I see this store is currently unavailable. The store is temporarily closed. Waiting for the store owner to restore it.

I watched a very convincing video on Instagram (glucosecontrolguide.com—“Dr. Clark”) about lowering your blood sugars and not needing prescriptions to help with that. (By the way, if you look up the website, it doesn’t even exist)! I fell for this advertisement in order to help my husband. I forgot about the old saying “if it seems too good to be true, it usually is.” I began filling in the order form with my credit card info for the $39 pills, but I changed my mind and did not finish ordering, when they charged me in error for $199.85. However, they already had my card info, and they finished and mailed out four bottles of these supposed miraculous pills! Fortunately for me I had help from my credit card company to put a stop to the charge while it is being contested. My charge card company gave me the telephone number of this Gluco Revive company to request a return address, in order to get reimbursed. I mailed the pills to the address given to me over the phone, along with insurance to make sure they arrived. However, I learned the package could not be delivered since that address given was vacant. Don’t be taken in by social media advertisements, like I did. Follow trusted physicians, not scammers online stealing your hard earned money.

Very believable ad came up on Instagram. Showed 2 girls using hair product that covers greys. They were promoting item. Just had to click to purchase product. After purchased, immediately received email confirming purchase and then received numerous emails about tracking package. Didn’t realize until after purchase, that it was an international purchase. Since received emails about order, didn’t think it was a scam.

Synical Global targets young teens on Instagram for streetwear purchases. They get influencers to wear their clothing and then attempt to get others to purchase streetwear. The items range from $75-200. After purchase, they send email correspondence about delays in production but continue to say that the product is on the way. They then send false tracking numbers. USPS confirmed that the shipment was never brought to the post office and that the label was only created online. Synical Global continues to say that the package is "on the way" 2.5 months after the initial purchase. They promised a confirmation of shipment and delivery date a month ago and we still do not have the shipment information or any delivered goods. After reviewing more posts online, there are dozens of complaints that the company did the same and took money without ever sending the product.

Subject: Fraudulent Transaction and Non-Delivery of Product

I am writing to inform you of a situation in which my son has been scammed by a scammer on Instagram. He attempted to purchase a sweater from your company for $200, and unfortunately, he never received the item.

We have made several attempts over the past three weeks the business and resolve the issue, either by receiving the product or a refund. However, despite our persistent communication, there has been no action on to send the product or return the funds that were paid via Zelle.

We consider this a fraudulent transaction, and we kindly request a refund.

I placed an order online through their link on IG on Dec. 30th 2024 which never arrived. Two weeks after original transaction I see a bank statement with an unauthorized charged from the website for $29.99. When I contacted them via email, they said it was for their VIP membership which I never agreed to join in the first place. I asked several times through different means to have this membership cancelled. I did not hear back from them. Additionally, when I inquired about the whereabouts of my package, the inquiry was ignored.

On January 7th I bought a coat from this website (https://harper-newyork.com) after seeing an Ad on Instagram. The payment went through Shopify (https://shopify.com/91853685059/account/orders/f15d82ccfea9897bcd8e8193737e3e59... On Jan 12th I confirmed that the money was deducted from my account, but since I never received a shipping confirmation, I reached out. (This was at first very confusing because there's another company called Harper Coats that has a similar website https://harpercoats.com/). Nonetheless, I contacted [email protected] and asked for either a coat or a refund. We had some back and forth. They responded on Jan 14th and 19th saying it was going to be shipped out. Finally on Jan 20th, they provided a tracking number (https://t.speedx.io/SPX1YB063601917646) which continues to say that the shipment hasn't been picked up, and shows the pickup location as Springfield Gardens, NY. I no longer trust this company I want my money back.

There was an advertisement on Instagram for a backpack shop that was going out of business so was offering hand-made leather backpacks at steep discounts. I ordered three backpacks and paid with a credit card. After receiving email confirmations that looked suspicious, I found online other people that had been victims of the same scam having never received any product from them. I contacted the credit card company and they initially reversed the charge. However, the fraudsters provided the credit card company with fake delivery confirmations. The credit card then reinstated the charge and it's now pending appeal.

Hailooks has ad on instagram for genuine leather shoes, and the shoes are made of rubber, the craftsmanship is loose threaded, soles are put together with more then one piece. Just a total poor quality pair of shoes. One will think when you see the advertisement that the shoes are perfect and excellent quality but they are far from being genuine leather and professionally made.

I saw their product “Vasve jar” on the Instagram (vasceofficial) and I bought it from their website (vasve.co) on 13th November. 10 days ago I saw that they had not been shipped yet the product, I tried to contact them via website but there was no answer. Then I sent a mail, no answer. A second try on their website, no answer. Another mail, no answer. I commented on a post, they erased it. I sent a DM on instagram, no answer. Today I sent another mail and I’m still waiting an answer.

Saw an advertisement on Instagram for a particular Gas Can under the Sure Can USA logo. I don't normally procure any products unless i vetted them. But i guess i was fooled by this. My belief is I was ordering from the company. I have a receipt and was provided a tracking number from a logistics company called SUDA. The can never came after waiting a few weeks. I sent an email back as there is no number to call and was assured the can was delivered based on checking with the logistics company. I pressed for the actual details of the delivery, including pictures and who is the local logistics carrier. They sent back another email apologizing for not receiving the the gas can, but it was not their fault and most likely stolen. Offering me now a 30% refund as of 2 weeks ago, but not seeing it yet. Its minor wrt money amount, but not sure where this entity is from. Or if SUDA is a real logistics carrier. Keeping an eye on my credit cards and other financial info.

This brand of undergarments advertised on Instagram and ordered back in May. Never received a shipment number or any product ID. I emailed them at least 5 times and asked for my money back and to cancel orders. Company told me that "they weren't like Amazon and couldn't ship fast enough and to give them time."

I have asked for my money to be refunded and to cancel my order 5 times. No more response.

I saw some pants on an Instagram ad and bought them. They looked like a sturdy cargo material with a strap at the waist. They sent me what are basically cheap scrubs. The material is crap and the sizing was wrong. When I went to ask for a refund they said they would only refund 30%. They are lying about their product and are stealing money from people.
