Said it was Grunt Style shirts and apparel. Was highly discounted, never arrived (despite tracking) and money is not bsing returned despite 3 months of request. Am given same boiler plate language: "Thank you for contacting and supporting us.

We apologize for the delay in your refund. We understand your frustration and assure you we're processing it as quickly as possible. However, banks are handling a high volume of refund requests, which may cause delays. Please be patient as we continue to process your refund. We will personally monitor its progress and promptly notify you of the status. Thank you for choosing our store. We value your experience and will strive to provide the best customer service.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to reply to us, we will be happy to provide you with help and after-sales service.
