I placed an order in June 2025 to this company for 2 solar hats for father's day and I waited and waited. I emailed the company 3 times and there was no response. Teh tracking number stated that ut was delivered by I never received my two items and no response. So I am currently out of 67.99 because I also disputed charges on my debit card and ther refused paymeny and I am now out 67.99. I am not happy. Now when I go to their website it is unavaiable.

I ordered a few items and paid for them $28. And I waited about a month and got an email saying my package was delivered and I emailed them and they said that they would investigate it .two days later they said it was. Lost if I wanted them to resend it just pay ,$15 and I said no I want my money back.i never got my stuff and they wanted to refund me $3

The website seems very legit, lists products and provides an email confirmation along with a shipping confirmation, also has customer support. After purchase, a shipping label is created through a 3rd party named " Fast Track" and since this co pany never ships your product to USPS, a claim can never be filed and therefore Nebgift claims that you must wait until oblivion until you package gets to USPS which it never does. I reached out to customer service , [email protected] and they respond to me daily telling me to continue to wait even though 2 months have passed since I placed my order. They also refuse to refund my money. This is all a scam.
