I ordered several items and once they each arrived and I had all the items I contacted them.
None of the items fit ! Their solution was to give the items to family and friends and they would give me a 20% discount.
I asked to return the items.There requirements were to take a photo of each item, the QR code and the package.
There would be no return address provided until they received these photos.
Once they received these items they would be inspected before any refund would be issued!
Each email continued to discourage a return due to high shipping costs to China, not San Fransisco.
Each item had a US return address and I asked if I could use one of these addresses, no response!
This back and forth nonsense has been going on since May and my 30 day window is soon to be closed.
I fear I may never see my refund! I cannot afford to throw away $200.00, can you?
