Was online, saw what I thought was 32 degrees where I have placed multiple successful orders. Waited for this order so long I contacted the company via email and was told the shipping company said the order was delivered and I signed for it, but they were unable to provide an image of the signature. Company offered to send items again, again never received though they tried again to say it was delivered.

Purchase 32 degree brand clothing from Lightchime on Instagram. I ordered in February and tracking said shipment was coming from China. Order never delivered even through tracking said it was.

The initial ad said 32 degrees. After ordering my email said lightchime. My credit card was charged immediately. Tracking followed it for a month and said delivered, but I never received it. Website on confirmation email is now not available and I can’t view order.
