Ordered two sets of baking containers on 6/4/23, received email thanking me for my order. June 25th checked on order and was given a FedEx tracking number that said it had been delivered but the photo was not my porch. Contacted them back regarding the issue, was told they would reship and send new tracking number. Had to reach out again as never received the new tracking number. Received new tracking number however it too stated that the products were delivered, but again photo was not of my porch. Contacted them again and was told they would look into the issue and was told it would take awhile to figure out, this was on August 15, 2023. After that email I have yet to get a response or refund from the company.

per the website, Edsplanto is in NY, the payment was deducted from my account as payment to THE PUFFER CASE EVREUX with a 2.95 international transaction fee. Correspondence with them comes from [email protected]. After multiple emails to them regarding my order they provided me with a fedex tracking #************ with the same city/state as my address that states the package was delivered on 7/30/23. the package was of course not delivered and the photo on the tracking site is not my house. The tracking also says the package weight was 0.2lbs. My order was a lawn mower so clearly this was not my package and I called Fed ex who told me that that tracking # does not belong to my address. I have requested a refund but they are telling me I need to contact fedex for a lost certificate so they can give me a refund. Of course I can not obtain that because that package is not lost. It was delivered to the address it belonged to. They were deceptive in who and where they are , provided me with a fake tracking # and will of course keep insisting my package was delivered.

I placed an order for a baby onesie. I placed my order on 3/10/23. On 4/10/23 it shows shipped but I haven’t received anything. I have written 2 separate emails to their customer service with no response and there is no phone number to be found to call

I ordered from the brand. About a week I check the tracking and it still said my order was placed. I contacted them on Instagram and contacted them on the website and I got no response back.

They have a website where they're offering vehicle tires beauty products office chairs gaming chairs they send me a tracking number that they were going to send me out my tires that I purchased but they send me a puzzle in the mail instead I've been emailing them back and forth to get a refund and they keep on saying that my orders being shipped it's orders being shipped and it's been over a month and now they don't want to refund my money they say that they can only give me back $10 because they had to pay shipping fees and sellers fee

I ordered some clothes and 2 lamps from a place called New York Warehouse. I waited and waited. When I checked the last email that they sent me telling me that my items had been shipped, it had a tracking number on it so I followed that trail. On April 12, 2023 I found out that my package had been delivered on 3-25-23. I had ordered it on 2-20-23. Naturally after a month I began to get worried. I checked the USPS to see if they were holding anything for me and they weren't. I contacted New York Warehouse and received an email back from [email protected] saying that it had been delivered and I had signed for it. I haven't received ANY packages that I've had to sign for. I said it may have been stolen from my front porch and they said they could file a claim with the carrier to recoup my loss. Not hearing anything else for another 2 1/2 weeks, I again emailed them asking what they were doing about it. This time an email came from Thaway saying that they had taken a loss--not me! I was furious. They wanted to give me a 50% refund. Since I got nothing for what they automatically took from my debit card, I said no. I told them I was going to turn them in to the BBB. I am awaiting a reply. Here are the different names that they have used: New York Warehouse, Mutise, and Thaway. Someone please help me to get my money back!

Order placed with online store (allvitality.store) for 10 items via PayPal on 3/24/2023. A tracking number was sent by the seller "Matthew Stitzel LLC" which did not match UPS records or USPS records for any delivery made to my address. USPS informed me that the tracking number was assigned to an envelope weighing less than 2 ounces (items ordered weighed 10 lbs) originating in Dover, De. and could not disclose any other details. The email, phone number and address for this business have been tried and all fictitious.

I order 2 sets of pots and pans from BubblyLiz. I did include my name and address. I reached out to them 3 times by email. Each time they responded within a few days saying the tracking number that FedEx supplied was wrong. Each time I tried to track the package, my address didn't match the address attached to the tracking number. I called FedEx today and they confirmed that the tracking number was attached to a different name and address.

They look like a typical website but when transactions go through paypal it was under different seller name. They are giving tracking numbers that it said to be delivered but it would not arrive. I have called the shipping company and said that the name of the recipient and the address of the recipient did not match the information that was inputted.

The scammer pretends to be a store front selling fashionable clothing, jeans, jackets shirts, etc. They don’t have any way to pay besides cash app, Zoe, PayPal, Venmo. The order is exchanged on the website linked to their social media. Once the order is made, the money is immediately taken, and then all communications ceased. they do not email you after that, they do not reach out to you after that either. you have to seriously be on their back semi hassling them just to get a tracking number. Once they send you a tracking number to a pre-shipped label, when looking up the label, you realize the label doesn’t exist , it’s a fake. They give you to run around, they never answer your emails/text messages and they stole your money. After you complain for a long period of time they will block you off of all social media so that there’s no way to get in contact with them.

I ordered 7 pair of custom made flannel pajama pants with dog photos on them on November 25, 2022. I received a confirmation of the order in an email. I then received an email the product had been delayed, followed by an email the product had shipped on December 12. The tracking number did not work. At this time I did more research and realized the business had multiple complaints against them. The website itself lists good reviews. I immediately requested a refund. The email reply I received asked that I wait until Christmas, and if the product did not arrive they would issue a full refund. The product has not arrived. I have since emailed multiple times and receive an automated response that a ticket has been created and someone will contact me within 3-5 business days. No one has contacted me. I called the number which says it is open 24 hours and the call goes to an unidentified voice mailbox.

Ordered items from company website on 11/24 for 39.90, billed to my paypal. Received a shipping email on 12/3. Then I got a error email on 12/7 from geckocustom saying that my item was not shipped, it was an error and it is not even manufacturered yet. I emailed company help desk on 12/20 asking status of my item. No answer to my email. But I got a general email on 12/24 asking if I wanted my item or a refund. I requested to get my item. No answer back. The same email was sent to me on 12/8 asking if I wanted my item or a refund. I then replied asking for my item but being afraid that I had been scammed. On 12/28, I noticed a second tracking number was populated for my item. ******************: this tracking shows it is coming from China with a estimate of 1/14 to 1/15 arrival. I have been sent 3 different emails to rate my product as well from the company. I don't think there is a package coming.

Ordered and paid for product. I was sent a tracking number for the product but that was just a label. I was told by email that the product was at shipping carrier. I was told this numerous times. Then the last email said it still has not shipped yet. I filed a dispute. I was just sent an email saying they would refund my money and get the merchandise if I canceled my dispute

They have a nice website ans advertise on facebook via videos...it looks legitimate..I ordered a shirt and jumpsuit for $87.00 on 12/15- I have received two tracking numbers for the same item but no specific delivery date. Also, other people are reporting on Facebook that they have been scammed by this company bc the quality of the items are not similar to what's on the website.

This scammer’s website is a fraud. The website is elaborate and looks legit so I didn’t think it was a fraud. The website offers Ebikes at discounted prices. If you try to buy something the transaction will go through and you’ll receive an email confirming your order and that you’ll receive another email when it ships but, you’ll never receive an email that it shipped. I contacted PayPal and they opened a case. PayPal contacted the seller and the seller gave them an UPS tracking number. When I tracked it, it said delivered and another receiver’s name and a another seller’s name and no addresses for either. I now have to go through a lot to get my money back.
