Received unsolicited package with hair bands in mail

As many others have reported, received a small padded white mailer with a typed, personally addressed USPS mailing label with postage paid. There were two hair bands inside but no note or anything else. The stated sender was as identified elsewhere in this filing. The tracking number comes up as not found on the USPS tracking site. No idea if the sender name and / or address are the actual sender or even involved. Publicly available information show the sender's address to be a lot with numerous trucks parked but no structures. So far, at least, no known attempt to bill for services, steal funds, or commit fraud - but obviously whoever is behind this has obtained at least some personal data.
