Received unwanted packages from brushing scam

I received two small packages in the mail. I opened them up and there was a little tube of facial product in each. I did not order anything like it. The next day I received two more small packages. I did not open them. I took them to the post office and refused them.

Received an EMPTY USPS Ground Advantage envelope. Goggled the name and it says it is part of a "brushing scam"

It said to file this info on the ScamPulse.com site.

Received unknown package with invalid tracking number

Received an unknown package shipped via USPS Ground advantage. I opened and nothing in the package and then when I checked the USPS tracking said it was invalid number. Then found beware scammer posted about the same person on label. Not sure what the target is, but possible stolen information and who knows since many people are experiencing the same.

I have received 10 separate packages from this scammer. Some are empty, others have small skincare samples in them. They are being sent to my parent’s home address. The first one was sent on Mother’s Day, and my parents notified me that they received 9 more just today.

Receiving unwanted facial masks daily from unknown sender

I receive 1 to 3 facial masks daily from this person. I've never ordered facial masks from anyone. I think this is a scam where this person is mailing packages and filing insurance claims on lost packages. These facial masks are small.

Received unordered package and suspicious AmEx charge

I received a package via USPS, mailed 4/21/2026 from 19143, from "William Paterson" the sender. It contained three (3) "QPower Fast Charger 3.0" for devices; I don't know this person and did not order any chargers. I googled the address, and it is a residence in Philadelphia, not a business.

My latest AmEx statement showed a $59.41 charge 4/14/2026 from "AIRWALXUK*LCETTRY.COMILTON KEYNES". Since I did not recognize the charge, I disputed it and AmEx reversed it. I'm not sure the charge is related to the package I received but am reporting it to ScamPulse.com anyway.
