I had bought from the company’s website and as days passed by the never got an email saying that it’s been shipped, so I emailed them saying why was it taking so long and they never responded back to me until I contacted my bank and filed a claim. Like an hour or two later I got a email saying that a usps label has been created with the tracking number as well, and that USPS is awaiting the package but it’s been a week already and still no response back from them I’ve sent them multiple emails but they just don’t respond back. They just take your money.
