An ad appeared on the Facebook page "LILDL - Parkside" offering various tools at very reasonable prices. I chose a few worth 63 euros. I received messages about delivery and that the package had been arranged. But of course the package was not delivered. I complained about it and asked for a refund. They asked me if I wanted them to resend the package. I agreed in good faith, but still nothing. Now it was clear to me that it was a scam and I insisted on a refund several times, but each time the excuse was that I had to wait, that it would take a while (all in a positive tone and endless promises). After weeks of pushing, they said that they had refunded the money, which of course they did not. I asked for proof of the refund, but again the same message that they had refunded the money. All that remains for me to expose them and prevent others from falling for their scam. Their address through which I communicated with them is [email protected].

Ordered sneaker from Dick's online advertisement that keeps showing up on the phone . Tried to find if product was shipped out . Received no response . Went to email on advertisement stating contact us .( No tracking order or product order number ). Ordered sneakers on May 12, 2025 purchase price $59.97 I believe that a few other people that I know have also placed orders.
