The Zem Group have posted through social media (what's up) and perhaps other sources, that they have the ability and rights to sell bus advertising on York Region Transit. They're asking businesses to transit fund to a TD Canada Trust account number, but they have no ability or rights to fulfill any contracts or requested to providing this transit advertising because the exclusive third-party advertising rights for this transit concession are held by Pattison Outdoor Advertising LP.

This is a fraudulent claim by the Zem Group and their publicly made offer is misleading and could result in numerous businesses losing money.
