www.whiteweby.com portrays itself as an all-Canadian company that sources products locally. When I first visited the website, they said they were located in Toronto. When I went back to visit it a second time, they used a Vancouver-area phone number and no longer referenced Toronto. Once they reel you in, a Chinese company charges your credit card and they ship your product from some other country (in my case, it was Italy). I emailed their customer service through paypal immediately to cancel the order immediately after the charge went through, but they refused to cancel it because they had already shipped the order. They gave me some song and dance about how I should wait until the shipment arrives before I decide to cancel. My money is gone, nothing ever arrived. Lesson learned. Do NOT order from the company. Scam scam scam.
