I paid $1,450 for a website that was supposed to be delivered in one month. Nine months later, it’s still not delivered and has stalled at about 30% for the last six months. I don't believe the company understood what I was asking for at the beginning as I've had to repeatedly explain my vision, wait long intervals between minor updates, and then experience more waiting time for fixes and re-fixes. Further, I received months of push-back on desired functionality which was eventually re-confirmed as doable and the program manager is not facilitating meetings well (i.e., does not tell me what updates were made, does not email me with a summary if we can't make meetings, and resists scheduling a recurring meeting). I spoke with a supervisor twice to explain my returns and justify my request for a return. Two weeks have passed and, so far, I’m not receiving responses from my emails or phone calls.
