This is an online “boutique” that is out of China, but it will say Ireland on the credit card statement. I paid $87 to have a swimsuit and cover up shipped and paid for express shipping that promised delivery within 5 business days. The merchandise never arrived, so I started looking into the company. I realized there were several discrepancies, so I emailed to request a refund. They kept saying how the quality is very good instead of simply agreeing to refund me. Then when I said they’re a scam, they agreed to refund with a 5% restocking fee, which I rejected because they breached contract by not delivering within the time frame I paid for. Finally, I had to file a dispute with my credit card. Then, they emailed to tell me that they would have issued a full refund but can’t because of the dispute. They are awful awful awful to work with.
