On, 3/19/2025 I made a purchase from the online shop https://verniershop.com. The charges show up as SernerCompany.com. The item I ordered was sent on 4/3/2025 and looked nothing like what was pictured and did not fit correctly. On April 4, I contacted the company first by phone then by email about a refund. I received a message saying some one from management would contact me about a refund and return for the product. Meanwhile, on 4/7/2025 I noticed a charge of $29.99 debited from my account from the same company (SernerCompany.com). When I called the number on the website (850) 403-3534, I let the representative -- who was extremely rude -- know I did not authorize the charge. I was told I would receive a refund. I await both refunds.
