Saw the ad on Snapchat and placed my order. Got the confirmation and "tracking number" via email. Kept up with delivery updates and when my item was marked as delivered, it never actually was. Reached out to the customer service team and they assured me they would reship my order. Once again received a confirmation email and new tracking number and items never arrived. Reached out again and they had no record of my previous correspondence and tried to tell me that they could send a replacement again. At this point it had been over 3 months since the original order was placed. I began doing additional research and found several people posting the exact same experience so came to ScamPulse.com to warn people.
