I purchased two pairs of Tretorn rain boots. I entered payment details, when I received a confirmation prompt from my bank and they sent me a code to enter. All of which I have experienced before with legit purchases. After purchase was complete I got an email confirmation from [email protected] and included a reply email of [email protected]. There is no email or phone number listed on the website and only gives the option to send a web form for questions.
