I ordered a massage gun from Thumperdrill.com for $159, what they said was 50% off on Jan 10th 2025. The website said it takes 1-2 business days to fill order and 5-7 business days for free delivery. I received an email with a receipt showing they got my order. Drill should have arrived Jan 24th. I sent numerous emails to their 24/7/365 support team, inquiring about the status of my order. I NEVER got a response. I got an email on Jan 24th saying the shipper has the order info with a tracking number. My order has shown as "processing" ever since with NO activity (its 02/23/2025 as I type this). Again, I have sent over 15 emails to their 24/7/365 support team and received ZERO communication.
