I bought a robot sweeper at 80.99 on Facebook not realizing it was a Chinese operation because they advertise USA. Product arrived and doesn't work to standard. Wanted a refund but they wanted to give me 10% of price and keep product. Not what I was asking. They needed photos and video to initially dispute which were offered. They then continued to barter and wouldn't give address to return stating that by the time it gets to China the price of shipping would outweigh the refunded amount and not worth the time and money. It took several emails before they gave the address and stated that regardless of tracking, if the product was in any way damaged or didn't arrive there would be no refund. Basically they were stating that they were going to take the money and unless i took their offer, eventually 35% off, I would get nothing. I have yet to see the 35% refund. This is a scam setup as they advertise refunds no questions asked and peace of mind. Buyer Beware!
