It started with an alert from the bank with a 34.95 charge that looked fraudulent. The bank then declined it. Subsequently, sometimes daily, sometimes weekly, we get charges of either 4.85 or 5.00 from a vendor called “superhapadv.com”. Yet when I call them, a foreigner I cannot understand keeps telling me they are a third party billing for some media company. However it’s THEIR company on my financial institution’s billing! He gave me a false, old email of mine and said I subscribed to some media thing for movies, which I did not with this card. I never use this particular card as it’s a debit card. He refused to even tell me the name of which company allegedly made these charges, even though it’s THEIR name on the charges. He even said that THEY were not this “superhapadv” at one point. However, I looked them up online and called the number on their website!

So now, the ONLY recourse is to go to my bank and have the account number changed, etc., because of these scam artists!
