This site mimicked sparkpaws, I placed an order and $ was taken from my acct. one month later it says “delivered” in their tracking email, which is was not.

I ordered items in October and they were supposed to ship in December. They said they were delivered but never showed up. The company tried to bargain with me and only give me a 60% refund, then they tried to only give me a 90% refund. I argued back and forth with them for a while until they agreed to give me all of my money back. I paid $46.88 and they gave me three small refunds totaling $28.13 so they still owe me $18.75. They have used several other emails that I will list below.
