Communication and Return Process

Communication is only had via email. There is no The chat bot is mostly non existent. The quality of their product (auto seat covers) is poor and overpriced. The return policy is falsely advertised as customer satisfaction guaranteed. Return shipping costs fall to the customer and only a partial refund is given. I would strongly recommend not purchasing any products from Cool Crown based on their very poor customer service and their shoddy return policy.

Cool Crown Store are scammers

I ordered their floormats that came from overseas and were then picked up in Carson, CA, and mailed to me. When I finally received them I was not happy. They weren't even close to fitting my vehicle. In their return policy, it says they will try to fix any issue. But I was told they could not and I needed to mail it back to them at my cost to get my money refunded. But I had to mail it back to them in Canada and they said I should just keep them because of the shipping cost. I bought them using PayPal hopefully they would do something but they didn't care. I am also forwarding all the information to the Federal Trade Commission and NHTSA.

DO NOT buy from this place!

They sent me plastic rim protection when their description says it is rubber (BIG difference as to how each works and lasts). They wanted it returned with tracking to Canada, which would have cost almost as much as the product, which they had shipped to me from China (that I could have bought for a few bucks compared to almost $30!). And when I disputed it they told my credit card company I was doing friendly fraud - they sent me crap and not as described! Their item is on the bottom and real rubber trim from elsewhere is on the top.
