Was purchasing an item from Instagram. Was listed for $250 with shipping andusing Paypal as friends and family. (First sign of a scam) afterward, he said it would be sent with a carrier that I have never heard of before called dynamic express and sent me a tracking number, then received a text message from the carrier saying that my item was on hold and I needed to pay an additional $200 for insurance and stamps. I said I was not gonna pay for shipping as it was included in my purchase and they said I needed to pay the insurance and that it was inevitable. After going back-and-forth telling them, I just want the item to be given back to the seller and we could close the shipment. He says I I’m really making it a hassle for him which is another sign of a scammer, getting annoyed with not making money and wasting time. The seller on Instagram went round and round, not trying to give me my money back and also saying if I just paid the insurance it would be sent and then I could pay it through him. In the end, I got his account on Instagram closed most likely will not see the money, but hopefully the website will also get taken down.

They said they delivered the package a month ago never received it I requested my money back they said they wouldn't give a full refund so I told him to resend the package and they said they delivered it today it was never delivered asked for full refund they said they couldn't give me a refund at all but they swear up and down my package was delivered but they can't give me The Courier who delivered its information

The website looked like QVC type they had a promotion to buy two shelves get two shelves free and it would be delivered in time for Father’s Day (this purchase was in May). They give you confirmation email of your order then a couple of days later tracking information. The tracking is in Chinese but you can have it translated into English. I would periodically check the tracking since it was coming internationally then it said it was delivered. I checked with my Dad and he did not receive anything so I reached out to the company and got a response they would look into it. A few days no word and I reached back out, they said it got lost via the shipping company and they were investigating. I contacted my bank and told them of this fraudulent transaction because clearly this was all a setup. I haven’t heard back from the company since.
