I reached out to this company back in 2022 to help me with my Canadian pardon and well with my US Wavier. They did say that it would take no longer then 6-12 months to complete. It has now been 3 years and I still don't have any documents from them. Both the Canadian and US Wavier were $2500.00 each just to start the process. There were additional costs along the way, which I paid for in full. They have been giving me the run around for 3 years. They will not return my calls or emails. This has been a frustrating process and I don't know what to do at this point.
