I had signed up for their product, but never used it. I tried cancelling it ahead of the renewal period and it wanted to charge me $39.99 to cancel before the renewal. I began emailing them because there was no working phone number listed. It ended after several emails with confirmation my acct was canceled and no further charges would be made. It went thru today and I have called my credit card company. They provided me the phone number and I called and they don’t accept phone calls. So now I am going to dispute it thru the credit card company.
