So i bought 2 cell phones from oukitel which is based out of china. They sent the cell phones to toronto canada and they arrived at airport. Apparently there was a confusion on my address and was ask to verify my address with PDN EXPRESS. Once i corrected the errors it showed that my address was verified and would be out for delivery. Its been 3 days and their customer service line is clearly someones cell phone. No updates have beem made and this so called courier service has stolen my products and refuse to communicate with me
