I was trying to add PBS to my streaming device and when I received the code to access it I got an error message and then they gave me a phone number to call. It said on the TV screen no charge for PBS channel. When I called he said no charge for this service and when he tried to install PBS on my TV he said he could not due to 2 of my tv sets were to old. I have roku on it had been watching it already so I knew my tv sets worked with Roku. He then did something to my sets and they stopped me from viewing anything. He said I needed to upgrade in order to view anything and told me there would be a one time charge to do this for each of my televisions. So I said please delete PBS and I will go back to viewing the old channels. He said he could not and I needed to upgrade to get back on for a one time fee on all my tv sets. I hung up
