On Feb 11, 2025 I purchased the Nabob Organic coffee from Manage my Groceries for the amount of $174.38. On Feb 12 th 2025, the merchant sent me an email saying that the coffee is out of stock and they keep my order open for another 7 business days. I replied asking the merchant to cancel my order and to refund my money. I didn’t receive any feedback. On Feb 25 and Mar 1st I sent other 2 follow-up emails without receiving any feedback.

I purchased groceries online and I was informed by email that the items I had ordered were currently out of stock so they had processed a full refund of my purchase amount of $65.87. I was informed that my refund would arrive back in my account within 5 to 10 business days. However, I was never refunded and it has now been 40 days since they supposedly processed my refund. I emailed them after 20 days had passed, asking where my refund was, but they did not respond to my email. I am unable to find a telephone number or address for this business.
