I purchased a total of 6 items from this company. As soon as I received them I opened one to review and immediately contacted them to advise they are not as advertised and requested a return/refund. They asked for mailing bar codes which I provided and their remedy to the situation was to offer me to keep the products I do not want and compensate me $14 of the $171.xx I paid originally. I’ve gone back and forth with them explaining why I am unhappy with their product and re-requesting a refund, and their new remedy was to compensate me $17. I will never buy from this company again and warn anybody else before they do.

I purchased a 2 pack of radios. They sent only one. When I contacted their support group. The best they could do was, keep the radio and we'll send you $12. Now what good is 1 radio( walkie is talkie ) and $12. That's less than half what I paid.
