I purchased a large foldable bed/chair from the website. It took over a month to get to the US and I followed the tracking very closely. When it updated to stating it was delivered, it showed it as being delivered to my mailbox. This was impossible as it's a large piece of furniture. I contacted the seller and they stated that delivery was complete and to check my local post office. I did this and my local post office never had possession of the item. I contacted the company again and they again stated that my lical post office had it and gave me the tracking number that i already had. The tracking number doesn't work for usps and my post office never had the item. I requested a refund from the company as i never received the item and they did not send me one. They are thieves and scammers.
