LUSX "TORONTO"

Lusx Toronto advertises the name Toronto on IG and their website. Return address for items is a China address, which I have read in other reviews is actually non existent.

After a few complaint emails to them - they won't budge and I have no options. I will have to keep the shoes that I will never wear because the quality is horrible and the features advertised for these shoes are NOT as advertised.

I purchased an item from a company showing a storefront in Toronto but Google shows a blurred building at that address. The picture of the item I ordered is a beautiful cozy knitted sweater, the one I received is an ugly cheap polyester hoodie. Complete misrepresentation of the product. Now to return it I have to get their ok and pay to return it as well.

I made purchase of shoes from Lusx Toronto. Cost CDN$51.00. Photo in ad showed good quality shoe. I received the order and they were not the same shoes - at first glance they appeared the same but when looking at the sole of the show and the stitching it was obvious they shipped a much cheaper version. I could have returned them for a refund but would have to pay the postage which would have cost more than the shoe. Im not sure I would have received a refund had I sent them back. Since this time I have learned that this is company does not exist in Toronto.
The first photo is that of the ad on the online store. The other 2 photos are of the actual shoes I received.

I have had the exact same experience - quality is absolutely not what the descriptions and features are on the website.
I now own shoes that would cost more to return to China than the cost of shoes. Terrible customer service.

Lusx-Toronto advertise as Canadian Company based in Toronto, Ontario and provide 100% Satisfaction of their products; genuine leather, false description of products. Products arrive weeks later from China, not leather, cheap, poorly made. When ask for refund they only give 10% and when complain state will give 25%. If return have to pay out of pocket to return to China. If they are a Canadian Company based in Toronto then why China??? False advertising as just a platform for China goods. Products is nothing like description, and give no Toronto address or phone number; only provide email address. Give a return address for China that isn't even correct.

I sent them an email with the exact same complaints. They are not willing to do anything for me and I am not going to even try returning the products in fear of no refund at all.

Very disappointing.
