I ordered an ice machine and smoothie machine. This company gave me a tracking number for usps and the tracking number doesn't exist and they refuse to refund my money. Usps say its not one of their numbers. They continue to tell me to get proof of loss when usps never had my packages. They give you a whole tracking system like they shipped it and nothing. No number nor is there an address to report it. They blatantly just keeping my money. This company is a scam, please dont buy from them. You will not get your product nor a refund so im out of $91.67. Again this company is a scam.
