Recently I ordered something from a Facebook ad which led me to Janie and Jack brand clothing.

After I purchased the items, I have noticed that these are coming from China, which was not mentioned in the ad.

Plus, I also noticed that the website address is not the actual Janie and Jack brand clothing.

Based on their track data, the items will be delivered after a month..... and I paid with a credit card and never received the package.

I contacted the customer service ([email protected]) and they are NOT willing to refund the amount even though they agreed that they are responsible party.
