Seen advertisement on Instagram for a curling iron and the video advertisings looked amazing and all taken in 1 shot, no cuts. Read their return policies. Paid $88 CAD free shipping. Receive the package after a few weeks to be instantly disappointed as soon as I opened the package. I could tell just by holding that this product was cheap ****** ***** garbage. There was hardly any weight to the product but gave it a chance. Watched it heat up to max temperature of 350 F. I could touch the bristles and only feel warmth, not nearly enough to make a curl to the hair or even dry the hair. I was in shock how ****** the quality was and how much they inflated in the advertisings. The product is not as advertised and garbage quality. Only way to contact is through email. Its been 2 weeks of back and forth emailing with very little effective communication and they refuse give me paid return label to give back and full refund. I'm telling them that the product is defective and I require full payment back and post paid return label to give back. It's like pulling teeth. It's not like I changed my mind, THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE. No reason why I should have to pay anything. I gave up emailing them back and forth. They stopped responding regularly and kept breadcrumbing me. Can only imagine how many people they have been scamming and these so called influencers on Instagram knowingly falsifying their reviews just to get paid. Horrible.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARBAGE SCAM COMPANY.
